1 Source Data and NotaryPro form strategic partnership
to offer Web-based ordering and tracking of notary services.
SAN DIEGO, California, (April 4th, 2003) – 1 Source
Data, which provides integrated technology and services
to the financial lending industry, today announced the signing
of a strategic partnership with NotaryPro, Inc. Under the
terms of the agreement, NotaryPro’s technology will
be made available to 1 Source Data clients through its Funding
Tools transaction platforms.
The partnership provides 1 Source Data with robust software
to fully automate the traditionally burdensome task of ordering
and managing notary services. Commenting on the partnership,
John Merrill, 1 Source Data’s President, said the software
would benefit growing brokers, lenders and title companies.

This solution effortlessly handles the details of connecting
lenders with thousands of notaries, even in unfamiliar territories.”
Merrill also sees new value created for lenders by incorporating
notary charges into 1 Source Data’s client-side billing
system. “Our partnership with NotaryPro ensures that
the cost for signings are captured and accurately integrated
into the borrower’s loan file,” Merrill said.

imported into our client’s LOS system and passed along
to the borrower without error.”
