Typically, one borrower has better credit than the other; sometimes the difference is dramatic. Frequently you can qualify for the loan your targeting with only one borrower. UnMerge lets you change the joint tri-merge into a single tri-merge. Or, if the lender can qualify the borrower with only the middle, UnMerge let’s build a single/1-bureau report.

All this is easy to do. At the Credit File page, you may un-click the borrower or bureaus you don’t want to see. So, un-click, Borrower, Experian and TransUnion, and you’ll get a Equifax credit report for just the co-borrower. With this report you can ClickThrough to order supplements or see repository details. And you can print the HTML version or save/email the PDF version.
