If AOL is your ISP here’s how to logon to 1 Source Data and never have a problem.

Like any Internet browser, AOL has it’s own way of navigating through screens. It does this by imposing certain control mechanisms. When AOL is also your Internet Service Provider AOL’s ISP security settings interact with the screen navigation to provide a whole host of security features.
But the combination of screen control and security settings can cause problems for secured websites like 1 Source Data.
The Technical Services department frequently gets calls from AOL users that are being asked to enter their ID and Password to get access to every page they look at. Plus, the 1 Source Data Navigation Bar – with Desktop, Order, Recent Reports and Recent Requests – never gets displayed. When we get this complaint the user is typically accessing the 1 Source Data website from the AOL site, and they are using AOL as their ISP.
Login to AOL and close the AOL browser while keeping AOL ISP connection alive. Then open Internet Explorer. Direct Internet Explorer to www.1SourceData.com and login normally.
By using Internet Explorer the control issues will be eliminated.
