Flood, AVM’s, Title Services and more: Now from FirstClose

Since February 1 Source Data clients have been seeing a new option in their Main credit menu. Today FirstClose Services are bringing you a wider variety of services than ever before. And more are on the way.

The Flood tab reveals 4 of the Nation’s most respected providers of Flood insurance. An extra benefit is the ability to ‘cascade’ from one vendor to another until coverage is found, or a specific flood status is located.

The Valuation tab is your access to 8 types of AVM’s. Again, we’ve provided the ability to cascade until a hit is located. Soon you’ll see the addition of nationwide mobile appraisal products.

The Lien tab is your access to Mortgage Lien Reports, quick and inexpensive alternatives to title products, and the security lenders need to build 30-minute loan programs.
And the Title tab leads you to 2 new vendors for Legal & Vesting reports and Property Reports.

We think you’ll find FirstClose is the most intuitive transaction platform in the industry. You’ll find special extras like a pop-up that summarizes each file as you roll your mouse across the line, and very simple access to file notes.

FirstClose will evolve and grow throughout the year. You’ll be notified of changes through the automatic update notification link, found on the first page. And new services will be launched, starting with the addition of our Mobile Notary service.
