When you open the window to request a tradeline supplement, you will see the screen above. The creditor and account number will already be filled in from the tradeline information; the orderer information will be taken from your account information.
You must provide a reason for submitting this request. Either select one or more checkboxes or type in additional instructions. Although the additional instructions field is marked as required, it is not needed if you select options with the checkboxes. The Clear All button will clear all of the verification option checkboxes. Press the Submit Order button to submit this request.
When your supplement request is submitted, a copy of the request will appear both on the Credit File page and on the Requests tab in the main desktop. When a processor completes your supplement, it will appear elsewhere on the Credit File page and on the desktop's Supplements tab.
