How come I don't see the PREQ link on the Credit screen? On your Credit screen, you see PREQUAL as normal text: ![[Image]](../images/report-prequal.gif) Instead of seeing PREQ as a link:
![[Image]](../images/report-preq.gif) The file is either in system lock or no repository has been ordered on the report. To order a repository, click on Add Bureau. If you are unable to order the report, it probably means the file is in system lock. Please contact your credit reporting agency for assistance.
