If you changed your contact file, make sure to save it before continuing.
To order a credit report, first go to the Big Picture screen. Find and click the Order Credit button in the column of buttons marked Other.

When you press the Order Credit button, Loansoft's Credit window appears. The Required Fields button will allow you to review the required information from the Contacts screen.
If you haven't ordered anything from 1 Source Data using your Agent Link Loansoft Interface before, please make sure that you select Agent Link as your default vendor. Press the Switch Vendor button. (If this isn't your first order, go ahead and click the Order Report button.)

Switching Credit Vendors
To select Agent Link as your default credit ordering system, highlight the Agent Link selection and press OK. (Your interface will have a different address, and should have your CRA's website listed instead of demo.1 Source Data.com.)
When you press OK, you will be returned to Loansoft's Credit window. From there, press the Order Report button to continue.

Confirming your order
When you press the Order button in Works, you will be presented with a confirmation dialog, which asks if you want to proceed. Press Yes, and the Select Repositories dialog will appear. Agent Link ignores this screen; instead, it uses the settings that your CRA provided for you in 1 Source Data. Click OK to continue.

If you launched Agent Link from Loansoft Works, Works may lock any windows it has open, and may not respond to any commands until you close Agent Link. If you close Agent Link without importing credit data, Works will notify you that no data was received, and will ask you if you want to try again. |
