If you want to use an existing report, press the Select button. If you want to create a new report, click the New Report button. Generally, you do not want to order a new report if the existing reports is not more than thirty (30) days old. This is because it takes at least 30 days before the repositories can update any data on the credit report such as the consumer paying off his/her debt. (For your protection, your setup may have the New Report button disabled to prevent you from accidentially clicking on it. Contact your administrator if you need assistance.)
