I have installed ePrint, but the system keeps telling me that it's not when I try to print.

If you have not installed Adobe Acrobat Reader or that your version of Acrobat Acrobat Reader is older than 4.05, please go to the 1 Source Data's download page to download and install Adobe Reader 4.05.  Once you have installed Adobe Reader, please re-install ePrint.  If you are on Windows 95/98/ME, you will need to reboot your PC once you have re-installed ePrint.  See fixes for other ePrint problems
