No OK button to select master.dbf file during Agent Link Genesis interface setup
SYMPTOMDuring Agent Link setup for Genesis, you must specify the Genesis data folder by adding a path. You would click on Add Path and then select the master.dbf file in the Genesis data folder. However, after selecting the file, you see no OK button to save the information.
CAUSEA setting on your computer made the fields and fonts larger, causing the OK button to be moved down and hidden from view.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- After selecting the master.dbf file with the Browse button, click on the text field (left of the Broswe button) to bring up the text cursor.
- Press the Tab key on your keyboard twice and that should bring you to the OK button
- Press the Space bar on your keyboard to execute the OK button
