Examining your company's system usage Administrators can use the Summary Report feature to get daily and weekly activity summaries for all users in their company. To access this feature from the main desktop, click the Activity Summary link in the Admin section. This feature is also available to users that have been granted access to view invoices. For these users, the desktop link is in the Billing section.

The Summary Query

This screen allows you to generate daily, weekly, and overall report summaries for a specified user within a given date range.  You can select a specific user from the drop-down list; the default setting is to select all users.  Selecting the Suppress transactions checkbox results in a briefer summary without any transaction specifics.

The date selection fields used here are slightly different than those in other parts of 1 Source Data.  These fields do not allow you to type in a date; you must either leave the field blank, insert today's date by pressing the Today link, or insert another date with the built-in calendar by pressing the Calendar link.  Unlike other date fields in 1 Source Data, leaving either one blank is equivalent to inserting today's date into that field.

Press the Submit Query button to generate a summary.


Summary Results

Generated summaries have the usual Print and Close buttons, and can be printed in Web-based format.

The two summaries below were produced with the same data.  The summary on the left is a normal summary, while the summary on the right is a brief summary generated using the Suppress transactions option.
